Standard and Custom Rubber O-Rings

Hawthorne Rubber Mfg. Corp. stocks and supplies AS-568A and most common metric sizes, including a wide variety of non-standard MIL-Spec. and government standard O-rings. Standard O-ring sizes range from 1/32″ to 26″ I.D.s, 3/32″ to 26 1/2″ O.D.s, and cross-sections from 1/32″ to 1/4″.
We manufacture precision custom-molded O-rings, gaskets, and seals to your exact specifications with fast and on-time delivery.
We use injection, compression, and transfer methods to mold O-rings, gaskets, and seals in many rubber compounds and durometers. Parts are available in Nitrile (Buna-N, Hycar, Paracril, and NBR), Butyl, Neoprene (Chloroprene), Natural Rubber (Polyisoprene), Hypalon, Fluorocarbon (Viton® and Fluorel), Epichlorohydrin, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene), Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Urethane, Polyacrylate, Styrene Butadiene (SBR, GRS, and Buna-S), Hydrogenated Nitrile, Vamac®, Herclor, Epichlorohydrin, and Kalrez®. Durometers from 25 to 90 Duro. Shore A and formulas are available to meet industrial, military, FDA, and UL standards.
